Client Process

Our focus is on getting to know you. What do you want to accomplish in a set timeframe and how much risk do you want to take to help get you there? We take the time to learn about your needs and interests and then determine what types of support you need, what profit refinement strategies will best serve you, and how we can best leverage taxes to your advantage.

  • Step 1 – Client Interview
    In this meeting we discuss your goals and motivations.
  • Step 2 – Engagement
    At this stage, you agree to become a client of RP&B.
  • Step 3 – Comprehensive Review
    This phase reviews the details of your financial business and personal records; financial statements, tax returns, retirement accounts, investments, trusts and life insurance.
  • Step 4 – Goal Setting
    In this step, we review your goals and develop an understanding of what we need to do to help you reach or exceed those objectives. This is where the Business LifeCycle becomes an important part of the process.  It helps both organizations to understand the timeframe that exists, as well as determine what needs to be accomplished to reach your goals.
  • Step 5 – Plan and Implementation
    Once our plan is finalized, the implementation process begins. We ensure your accounting, tax, payroll, and financial reporting are running smoothly along a set schedule.  This helps us establish a trusted advisor relationship that will add significant value over time.
  • Step 6 – Ongoing Communication
    We meet regularly to review plan progress and changes in your needs. We believe in an honest relationship with our clients. As your accountant and financial advisor, our goal is to empower you with the needed information to make the best decisions possible.
