Professional Experience

Cristen Stier, CPA works with clients who have complex accounting needs. She oversees audits, reviews and compilations, and lends her eight years of expertise as a senior-level corporate financial executive when clients need consultation, strategy assistance and business insights.

With a penchant for continuous learning and improvement, Cristen identifies tools and provides training that assists the Accounting & Audit team address increasingly complex client engagements.

Cristen joined RP&B CPAs in 2016 and was admitted Shareholder in 2018. She has considerable expertise in Hospitality Management which includes operations, business growth and maximizing profits. Always interested in giving back, she is also an instructor for the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education.

Personal Note

Cristen is a Southern California native. She lives in Riverside with her husband, two young children and three hounds. Sports and family activities that include introducing new hobbies and pastimes to her children, keep Cristen busy. Down time includes her passion, travel. While Hawaii is always high on the list, another trek around Europe would be the ultimate.
