Professional Experience
Miguel graduated from Cal State University, San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Science in Business Admin in 2018, followed by a Master of Science in Accountancy in 2020. Prior to joining RP&B in 2021, he gained valuable experience within the government sector as a Senior Auditor and he worked as an Accounting Specialist for a medium-sized firm in Redlands.
Miguel joined RP&B as a Senior Auditor intent on learning how to operate within the private sector. He brings extensive knowledge to the team and provides direction and as-needed assistance to his clients, and his collaborative approach helps elevate the quality of teamwork within the department. He is currently working toward his CPA license.

Personal Note
Miguel and his fiancée live in Highland with their two dogs, a Maltipoo named Bean and a poodle mix names Buzz. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar, playing soccer, and exploring local restaurants in Riverside. As a sports fan, he roots for the LA Lakers and LA Galaxy, and he hopes to one day attend a World Cup or NBA finals game.
As a student, Miguel participated in CSUSB’s “Coyote Days,” which allowed him and other students to get involved in the community with activities such as building homes, cleaning local parks, and more. Additionally, he was involved in Lobos Pasos, a Philippine-American student organization, and the Program Board, where he helped to organize student events.
Fun fact: Miguel was once a child model for a toy company called Brand Fiesta.
