Professional Experience
Blesselle joins RP&B CPAs as a Senior Accountant in our Accounting & Auditing department, bringing with her nearly a decade of accounting experience. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bellevue University in 2017. She then continued her education at the same institution and obtained her MBA in 2023. In 2021, she received her CPA license to practice in the State of California.
Recently, she served as an auditor for the County of San Bernardino, where she performed taxpayer audits and ensured accurate tax reporting and property appraisals. From there, Blesselle joined a large, multi-state public accounting firm as a Senior Accountant, where she led audit engagements from planning to completion and performed regulatory tax filings for non-profit entities when needed.
There, she specialized in the not-for-profit healthcare sector and worked alongside organizations with revenues ranging from $15mil to $25mil. This multifaceted role included responsibilities such as financial statement preparation, risk assessments, development of audit strategies, and project management. During this time, she gained valuable insight into business operations and the complexities characteristic of the healthcare industry, solidifying her reputation as a meticulous and results-driven professional.
Prior to joining RP&B, Blesselle has worked with organizations in the not-for-profit, healthcare, and manufacturing industries, as well as government entities and small businesses. Her decision to join our firm was influenced by the enticing combination of location, mentorship, and a collaborative environment.
