Professional Experience

Ryan embarked on his accounting career after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, San Bernardino in 2020. Equipped with a solid understanding of accounting principles and a commitment to professional growth, Ryan has since worked within a diverse range of industries, including retail, construction, and real estate.

His initial foray into the corporate landscape began at a construction firm based in Irvine, CA. There, his experience included budget management, subcontractor invoicing, and other client-facing responsibilities. Ryan also played a pivotal role in training others within the organization, showcasing his versatility and leadership.

Ryan then joined a large multi-state accounting firm as a tax accountant for two years. This role provided him with a comprehensive understanding of tax preparation, financials, and the intricacies of reviewing financial statements.

Driven by a desire for new challenges, Ryan found himself drawn to the learning opportunities and close-knit work culture provided here at RP&B CPAs. He joins our Accounting & Auditing department as a staff accountant, bringing with him a mission to provide quality work to his clients. Ryan is currently a CPA candidate.
