Professional Experience
Andrea is a Senior Accountant in our Tax & Compliance department. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Administrative Studies from University of California, Riverside in 2011. She received her EA license in 2019 and is currently studying for her CPA accreditation.
With a passion for numbers and a dedication to excellence, Andrea garnered extensive experience across various industries and brings with her a wealth of knowledge. Her career initially began in food and hospitality, where she spent over 15 years honing her skills in food management for a family-owned restaurant chain. From there, she transitioned to bookkeeping and administrative work for a local public accounting firm.
Moving into the realm of private accounting, Andrea assisted several law firms throughout Riverside, performing a variety of responsibilities including tax filings, payroll, bookkeeping, and collections. After several years, she returned to public accounting and worked with several CPA firms before joining RP&B CPAs.
Andrea was attracted to RP&B CPAs for its convenient location, accessible resources for CPA education, and the opportunity to thrive in a larger firm environment. She aims to foster camaraderie with her positive disposition and maintain a strong work ethic within the team.
With her blend of experience and professional qualifications, Andrea is poised to make valuable contributions to our clients and the firm.

Personal Note
Andrea grew up in Southern California and currently resides in Riverside with her daughter, Emma. She lived in San Diego during her childhood and considers herself a lifelong Padres fan. Having worked for a family-owned restaurant chain since a young age, Andrea has a penchant for cooking, especially Italian food and homemade breads and pasta.
Andrea dedicates her time volunteering for church-based events and with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity. She is currently the lead volunteer in child ministry for Relevant Church here in Riverside and adores volunteering with children.
As an avid traveler, Andrea has explored destinations such as France and Mexico and hopes to visit Iran with her father one day. Adding to her rich tapestry of experiences, her ultimate dream is to embark on a road trip across the country.
