He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of La Verne in 2022, where he was a member of the Society of Accountants and volunteered with the VITA program, assisting with tax preparation for the community.

His professional journey began at a family-owned termite control company is Los Angeles County, where he developed his skills in customer relations, operations, and business management. He later transitioned into accounting as a consultant and worked with a variety of clients, including a nonprofit, the food services department at Inglewood Unified School District, and an airplane parts manufacturer.

Following this experience, Juan worked as a staff accountant for a local toy manufacturer, where he expanded his expertise in auditing and tax preparation. His industry experience spans education, nonprofit, manufacturing, and the service sector, working with businesses ranging from $10 million in annual revenue to international corporations generating over $120 million per year.

Drawn to RP&B CPAs for its welcoming environment and collaborative culture, Juan is committed to delivering quality service to our clients while continuing to expand his skills. He looks forward to exploring more growth-oriented opportunities and aims to refine his expertise as an accountant.
