Professional Experience

Juelle joins RP&B’s Accounting & Auditing department and brings with her a strong audit background and a client-centered mindset. She earned her Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Foothill College in 2017 before completing her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley in 2020. During her time at Foothill, she served on the Finance Board, where she was responsible for budgeting. At UC Berkeley, she was an active member of the Haas Undergraduate Black Business Association (HUBBA).

Juelle began her professional career as a leasing agent, where she developed foundational skills in marketing, research, and client communications—experience that continues to support her strong relationship-building approach today. In 2021, she officially launched her accounting career as an intern with CliftonLarsonAllen, eventually advancing to Audit Associate over two years. She then joined SD Mayer, where she focused exclusively on nonprofit audit engagements.

Throughout her career, Juelle has gained experience in 401(k) audits and worked extensively with clients in the construction and nonprofit industries. While her background has been primarily audit-focused, she also has experience with tax clients and maintains a consistent emphasis on clear communication and dependable client service. She plans to begin studying for the CPA exam this summer as she continues to advance her professional credentials.

Juelle was drawn to RP&B CPAs for its strong presence in the Inland Empire, established reputation, and collaborative culture. She is committed to bringing reliability, dependability, and a friendly presence to both her team and clients. She especially values the opportunity to collaborate with clients and help them navigate challenges with practical, thoughtful solutions.
