An Inland Empire native, Rashaad grew up in Fontana and now resides in Upland. His interest in accounting was shaped by his family, many of whom are accountants and CPAs. Outside of work, Rashaad has a variety of interests. He used to compete in video game-based fighting tournaments, traveling across the U.S. for local college and regional competitions. He also enjoys building mechanical keyboards, a therapeutic hobby that sometimes turns into a side business when he sells his custom creations.
A dedicated boxing fan, Rashaad follows the careers of Bam Rodriguez and Gervonta Davis. He enjoys traveling and, in 2024, visited Japan, where he explored Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka—a highlight being his visit to Nara Park to see the Sacred Bowing Deer. Up next on his bucket list? Germany, a trip he hopes to take in the near future.
