Michael Kouyoumdjian, CPA is Managing Shareholder responsible for leading and positioning the firm for continued growth and expansion in key business segments and industry specialties. He is a trusted advisor to clients and well-known for his ability to strategize, clarify and simplify the complexities that tax and compliance standards can impose on business. Michael’s areas of expertise include Tax & Compliance, Business Entities and ESOP.
Michael joined RP&B CPAs in 2005, was admitted Shareholder in 2011 and has been instrumental in helping to build industry expertise in Construction, Manufacturing, Distribution and Real Estate.

Personal Note
Mike is a Southern California native and lives in Rancho Cucamonga with his wife and two young daughters. Always up for adventure, Mike has hiked to the top of Mt. Sinai, been inside the Pyramids of Egypt and experienced the top of the Matterhorn. As he “convinces” his young family to join him in his passion for sports, especially the Lakers, and outdoor recreational adventures – like off-roading in Glamis, he is also known as being a pushover for a good bedtime story.
